Individual stock sare considered those reserves FIT(1)tofour(4)rooms. Following information must berecorded in the reserve:
Full name of the host.
entry and exitdates.
Name of person making the booking and telephone.
Exact number and type of room.
1.5.- GROUP RESERVATIONS
Are considered groups of 15 passengers spread overmultiple rooms, triple, quadruple and confirmations will be received up to 45 days prior to arrival and full payment 05 days before admission(other wise the spaces will be subject to availability).

3. -CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS
3.1.-GROUPAND INDIVIDUAL
Shall not be deemed to cancel a reservation when you havethe agreement of CANCELLATION sent via e-mail toour reservations department.
Cancellations accepted without penalty if donewith 22 days priortoarrivalof the passenger.
In such cases the deposit will be as favorable balancefor the following reservations.
After these dates you will be charged the first night of stay as well as forcases of NOSHOW, the invoice will be is suedonthenet rate.
